This is the Arai GP-6RC, a $5,095 car/motorcycle helmet made entirely from carbon fiber. Nothing wrong with that if you’re one of the few people wearing it like F1 racing driver Lewis Hamilton who makes a living racing extremely powerful cars at unbelievably high velocity. If you’re riding your Vespa around town with your “friend” Luis on the back, you might not need to take that same plunge.
